Senior Research Analyst

The Senior Research Analyst’s primary responsibility will be analyzing quantitative survey data and preparing quantitative research reports. The Senior Research Analyst will have the opportunity to be fully responsible for projects and work directly with company leadership in a fun, fast-paced environment.

• At least 2-3 years of experience working as a marketing research analyst or similar position
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Expertise in quantitative research, including sampling, analysis, and reporting
• Experience with SPSS in a professional setting, including the ability to run frequencies/means, crosstabs, t-tests, ANOVAs, weight data, and merge files
• Strong data visualization and reporting skills
• Self-motivated, passionate about market research, and team-oriented
• Strong communication and social skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to handle projects independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to be resourceful and problem solve
• Ability to improve company processes to improve effectiveness and efficiency
• Experience with PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
• Experience with Qualtrics or Access preferred
• Survey design and survey testing experience preferred
• Knowledge and application of advanced statistical techniques a bonus (e.g. factor analysis, discriminant analysis, DCM/conjoint, cluster analysis)
• Higher education industry knowledge a bonus
• Experience managing and/or mentoring other team members a bonus
• Experience with qualitative research a bonus
• Experience working with IPEDS data a bonus
