Senior Quantitative Survey Data Manager (On-Site NYC)

SIS International Research (www.sisinternational.com) is seeking an experienced Senior Survey Data Manager with over 7 years of expertise in advanced quantitative survey market research methods. The ideal candidate will lead the design, execution, and analysis of complex survey projects, ensuring data integrity and providing actionable insights to drive strategic decisions.
Location: On-Site in New York City
Note: This position requires on-site presence in New York City.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and manage comprehensive survey research projects from inception to completion.
- Ensure the accuracy and reliability of survey data through meticulous data collection, cleaning and validation processes.
- Analyze survey results using appropriate statistical techniques to generate actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand research needs and deliver data-driven recommendations.
- Present findings to stakeholders, effectively communicating complex methodologies and results.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's, Master's or Ph.D. in Statistics, Market Research, Data Analytics, Survey Research, Data Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in survey data management and advanced quantitative research methods.
- Proficiency in statistical software such as SPSS, SAS, R, Tableau, and/or Python.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information and insights to non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Experience in the survey market research industry is highly desirable.
