The Senior Manager of Loyalty and Global Marketing Analytics will provide ongoing, sustainable, in depth and accurate insights, analyses and strategic perspectives within the Brand and Regional Marketing environments in support of enterprise goals, and will effectively apply those through fostering partnerships and deeper stakeholder relationships.

What will I be doing?


The Senior Manager of Loyalty and Global Marketing Analytics will be responsible for proactively finding opportunities in securing new data sources, launching new reporting and analytical solutions, participating in customer focus discussions and being the point of support of the Brand and Regional Marketing development strategies. The ultimate goal will be to create analytical value for the business stakeholders and demonstrate progression within the Analytics Maturity Model through solution development, Team Member development and proactive engagement with other functions across the wider Commercial Services Analytics competencies.



Other key priorities are listed below:

Engage with the assigned business audience, understand their objectives, participate in projects, actively suggest opportunities, and provide analytics thought leadership

Put data and insights into business context

Establish dedicated client leadership mapping for designated client groups and validate with the business its completeness

Work with the Senior Manager will prioritize strategies and directions for the Marketing and CRM Analytics team, directing efforts to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of analytics deliverables

Improve the stakeholder's decision making process through the delivery of relevant analytical insights, streamlining access to data and active participation in ongoing business discussion and projects

Provide business stakeholders with forward looking recommendations using all available data across Commercial Services to drive incremental growth

Be a dedicated point of contact for the stakeholders enabling access to the wider Commercial Services Analytics competencies

Fully understand the business stakeholders' processes and ensure ongoing dialogue and feedback while course correcting in-flight for delivery of maximum mutual value

Execute the strategic planning and coordination of the Marketing and CRM Analytics team to advance company goals, while supporting and directing the communication plans of key messages to internal and external stakeholders

Develop an execution plan to implement long term goals for the Marketing and CRM Analytics team that will become the basis for short term goals and annual operational planning

Participate in and contribute to the synthesis and execution of business strategies and the vision, including development of new analysis and reporting and enhancement of existing ones

Ensure a timely distribution of analytics deliverables, assigning requests to Team Members and third party vendors when needed

Establish and cultivate collaborative and successful working relationships with internal and external groups to achieve overall business successes

Maintain proactive and regular internal communication

Build strong relationships and maintain a high level of internal client satisfaction by managing expectations and delivering high value

Summarize and share results from analysis with broader Marketing teams, in addition to recommending new or modifying existing marketing initiatives based on the analysis

Develop customer insights and identify trends that will shape marketing and business strategy

BA/BS Bachelor’s Degree

A minimum of six (6) years of professional experience

A minimum of three (3) years of experience developing analytic solutions from identification of problems to packaging and presentation

A minimum of three (3) years of experience working in a Marketing and/or an Analytic role

A minimum of two (2) years of Managerial experience

Ability to travel as required

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

MA/MS Master’s Degree in Management, Marketing or Business

A minimum of seven (7) years of experience working with Loyalty or Marketing Team in consultative roles providing solutions

A minimum of seven (7) years of professional experience

A minimum of four (4) years of Managerial experience

Experience from project management, business performance analysis, commercial and operational roles
