Senior Customer & Marketing Insights Analyst

Salary: $110,000–$130,000
Potential pay for this position ranges from $94,700.00 - $151,300.00 based on experience and skills. Pay range may vary by 8% depending on applicant location.
The Senior Customer & Marketing Insights Analyst consults and partners with key stakeholders to recommend, lead, and deliver on market research, customer insights, and voice of customer projects and programs that yield actionable, strategic insights and recommendations. The position informs strategic business decisions and helps drive a culture of data-driven, customer-centric decision making. The researcher is heavily involved in all facets of the research process, with a focus on being a trusted research partner and consultant to key stakeholders in Marketing & Communications, Client Engagement, Sales, Product Development, Operations and other departments.
Responsibilities
- Serve as an internal research and insights consultant; consult and lead research initiatives, focused on Prime’s consumer and business customers
- Establish cross-functional relationships with key stakeholders; help show the value of research and insights across the company to influence a culture of data-driven, customer-centric decision-making
- Apply strong research and business acumen to consult with key stakeholders, and translate business needs into clear research goals and appropriate research designs
- Lead and execute on all aspects of qualitative and quantitative research, including recommending methodologies, designing questionnaires and discussion guides, data collection, analysis, and reporting – for independent and collaborative projects as well as ongoing programs and custom efforts
- Analyze and interpret primary and secondary research findings and other data to create story-driven and concise deliverables and presentations that communicate actionable insights and recommendations to influence key stakeholders
- Develop influential, engaging presentations to train departments and teams on research & insights findings or practices
- support and respond to client, executive, and other high-priority research requests
- Monitor customer and industry trends; proactively inform stakeholders of trends via actionable insights and recommendations to inform strategic efforts
- Identify and recommend research vendors for specific efforts; manage vendors across all project phases
- Help develop department principles; help identify and implement process, tech, and tool improvements
- Help mentor junior analysts by providing training, feedback, guidance, and coaching
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related area of study or equivalent combination of education and/or related work experience; HS diploma or GED is required
- 5 years of relevant experience in market research, customer insights, or competitive insights
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship
Additional Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and consulting skills; ability to earn people’s trust and work collaboratively across all departments and all seniority levels
- Proven research capabilities; exceptionally skilled at primary (qualitative and/or quantitative) and secondary research
- Proven analytical and reporting capabilities; curiosity to dig into data; ability to synthesize and organize complex information from research and multiple sources into clear and concise narratives that communicate actionable insights and recommendations to influence key stakeholders
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with experience communicating and presenting to a variety of levels, including leadership
- Strong business acumen to ensure recommendations are sound and practical
- Strong project management skills and detail orientation with the ability to manage and execute multiple projects simultaneously with competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office including strong PowerPoint skills
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or other advanced degree
- PBM or healthcare experience
- Experience with Qualtrics or other survey platform
Minimum Physical Job Requirements
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
- Constantly required to sit, use hands to handle or feel, talk and hear
- Frequently required to reach with hands and arms
- Occasionally required to stand, walk and stoop, kneel, and crouch
- Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
