You set a high bar for the quality of your work, & you’re able to pivot on a dime for fast-moving projects. You’re not afraid of cold-calling or creative outreach strategies to find exactly the right respondents needed in market research.

Sommer Consulting is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join the team that runs theinsighters.com. As a Sommer Consulting Recruiting Coordinator on The Insighters® team, you will be responsible for identifying and recruiting top respondents for our market research projects in the healthcare industry via our proprietary platform theinsighters.com. Your primary goal will be to attract and schedule the gamut of healthcare stakeholders—from doctors and nurses to hard-to-reach patients & communities—for paid interviews and surveys. You will join The Insighters® team to find, screen, and schedule respondents needed to fill the company’s market research studies. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Join The Insighters® team to connect patients, healthcare professionals, and other healthcare stakeholders to market research opportunities 

  • Build, launch, manage, & wrap up your recruitment projects from an operations perspective in our proprietary platform 

  • Build, launch, & manage screeners to potential respondents, evaluating their responses to ensure they meet the requirements of each research project 

  • Use Calendly, phone, and email to vet and schedule respondents 

  • Stay up to date with recruitment trends and developments to ensure we remain competitive in the health insights recruitment market

Qualifications 

  • 1+ years of experience in recruitment, sales, or customer-facing success 

  • Speed & ability to juggle multiple projects in a 100% remote role, willing to go above and beyond to schedule folks for paid research interviews 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 

  • Enthusiasm to learn & implement new technologies 

  • Must be comfortable with making frequent phone calls in a professional manner 

  • The ability to work remotely, independently and in a team environment—we’re a very social bunch over here! 

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. 

  • Clear and concise writing skills 

  • Experience using Microsoft365 products

Preferred 

  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field 

  • Experience in the insights/market research industry 

  • Knowledge of healthcare professionals and the skills required for recruitment success in this field 

  • Familiarity with scheduling software such as Calendly 

  • Qualtrics knowledge is a huge plus!

The salary range for this position is $48,500 up to $55,000. The position is 100% remote, but will be based in the U.S.  As a result, you must be a U.S. Citizen or authorized to work in the United States. Company business is generally conducted in Eastern Standard Time.
