About the Opportunity:
We're looking for a Project Manager to join our fast-growing team.

As a Project Manager, you’ll take full ownership of your assigned projects—managing them from inception to completion—while playing a key role in the success of our energetic, driven, and collaborative team. What You'll Do:
- Oversee the end-to-end planning and execution of quantitative and qualitative recruitment and sampling projects. This includes managing sample fielding, coordinating with clients, overseeing multiple subcontractors, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring accurate and timely invoicing.
- Nurturing and expanding client relationships by delivering exceptional service and ensuring flawless project execution. This role demands keen attention to detail and proactive, strategic communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- The success of our clients depends on our efforts. We have a strong dedication to high-quality work which at times requires evening and weekend hours.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of relevant experience with a track record of high performance including progressive responsibilities focused on project management and/or business operations (supplier side research experience considered an advantage, but not a requirement)
- Strong project and time management skills with the ability to plan, prioritize, manage and effectively deliver on multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
- Outstanding written and verbal skills along with technology proficiency to support effective interaction with other team members, all levels of management, executives, outside vendors and clients
- Initiative to explore and recommend more innovative and efficient ways to execute job responsibilities
- A can-do, positive and collaborative attitude, with a willingness to lead and support the development of team members across the organization
- Ability to organize and interpret data in Excel

What to Expect:
- 1st Round: 30-45 minute interview with the Recruiter
- 2nd Round: 45-60 minute interview with the Hiring Manager, followed by an aptitude assessment within 24-48 hrs
- 3rd Round: 2 hours of interviews with the Hiring Team, onsite unless the candidate is remote
