Project Manager/Client Service Manager

• Manage multiple qualitative and quantitative studies F2F and online/virtual • Work and collaborate with multiple teams • Review job materials • Set-up and kick off projects • Monitor your projects from beginning to end • Maintain project budget • Build and maintain client relationships • Participate in weekly and bi-annual meetings • Other duties may vary based on project • Experience a plus!

   Project set up and monitoring of quotas throughout field period

·         Coordinate and lead project kickoff briefings for assigned projects to ensure all involved understand project specs, client needs, timelines and responsibilities

·         Ability to manage numerous projects simultaneously, multi-task

·         Coordinate, monitor and execute marketing research projects to meet our clients’ project goals within specified time period

·         Must be able to work in a fast paced, deadline oriented environment

·         Establish, maintain and generate strong relationship with clients

·         Daily client communication

·         Maintain successful daily client communication by updating clients’ of the progress of a project in field/recruiting progress by e-mail, phone

·         Proactively manage project timelines/deadlines and day to day communication with the client and team members

·         Interact and coordinate with different areas of our company such as IT, CSM Team, Field Managers, Operations Team, Accounting and Senior Principals

·         Provide regular updates and progress reports on fieldwork/recruitment status as needed to the Field Managers

·         Monitor internal project costs, over quotas and feasibility throughout fielding

·         Exercise a high degree of pro-activeness, judgment and have an ability to foresee problems before they arise

·         Ability to think creatively

·         Provide regular updates and progress reports on fieldwork/recruitment status as needed to the Field Managers

·         Check internal portals/client portals to ensure proper quota management

·         Check data issues before delivery to client to solve any data issues

·         Check open end data as necessary while in field and before data delivery

·         Must be able to work autonomously as well as be part of the team to ensure project success

·         Proper invoicing of project at the conclusion of a project

·         Perfection driven, detail oriented self-motivator

·         Be willing to travel twice a year (5-10%) to corporate meetings, attend conferences if asked, visit Opinions facilities to meet clients

·         Assure the delivery of Opinions’ high quality standards in all of our projects
