Paid Digital Media Specialist (Remote)

CAMG is looking for a Paid Digital Media Specialist to help drive lead gen efforts for Mass Tort litigation cases across various media platforms. The role will primarily be focused on handling lead gen vendors and optimizing expanded digital channels such as display (native and programmatic), mobile, and video, with a limited support role for PPC and Paid Social efforts. The position will also have responsibilities supporting the Client Services team to manage active campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- The Paid Digital Media Specialist will source, establish, maintain, and improve business relationships with lead gen and customer acquisition vendors
- Provide support to the Client Services team, including maintaining client relationships, campaign reporting, and ongoing consultation
- Drive the in-platform paid media strategy, including the development, implementation, tracking, and optimization of campaigns across expanded channels
- Measure and report performance of campaigns, and assess against goals (targeted CPAs and KPIs)
- Optimize spend and performance based on key insights and analysis
- Collaborate with internal teams to generate content, and create landing pages to optimize lead gen conversions
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer conversion experience across multiple channels and touchpoints
- Evaluate emerging technologies and provide recommendations for adoption where appropriate
- Brainstorm new and creative channels and growth strategies
- Participate in the development of new business proposals
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated prior experience in media vendor management and contract negotiation
- Strong understanding of outsourcing processes, digital media buying standards and practices
- Proven understanding of how to plan, develop, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns using social platforms, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.,
- Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills with demonstrable ability to articulate and persuasively sell strategic concepts within the agency and directly to clients
Education & Experience:
- BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
- 5+ (preferably) 3+ (required) years proven working experience in digital marketing
- Experience with GA/GTM for campaign optimization/tracking
- Experience with testing, measurement, and reporting on the platforms mentioned above
- Previous experience managing PPC and Paid Social campaigns
