IF so, the Marketing Research Insights Analyst role on our Online Communities team may be right for you.
With a client centric, relationship driven focus, our business savvy Research Insights Analysts blend strategic thinking and creativity to design research (qualitative and quantitative), manage projects utilizing our proprietary online platform, and regularly communicate with community members (respondents) to elicit information. Insights gleaned from respondents are crafted into compelling final reports, bringing the information to life for our clients.
This position involves collaboration with partners within the Online Communities team, Business Development, Programming and Graphics teams. Daily responsibilities include working both independently and collaboratively, managing multiple priorities, communicating effectively and contributing to the development of others.
Skills Needed For Success:
- 2-5 years of Quantitative, Qualitative or Online Community, Marketing Research project management experience
- Ability to professionally communicate with clients on a regular basis
- Effective communication, both written and oral
- Logical and conceptual thinking
- Ability to synthesize data and inputs
- Ability to follow processes, manage details, meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities
