Field Manager

Salary: $70,000–$90,000
depends on experience up to 80K
Responsibilities include, but are in no way limited to:
• Preparing client bids and advising on feasibility
• Allocating new projects
• Project managing as needed
• Overseeing a staff of three coordinators including setting annual goals and doing performance reviews
• Handling admin tasks such as ensuring the rent is paid, paying for bi-weekly office cleaning, paying electric and phone/internet bills, ordering office supplies, etc.
Prior experience doing field services for a market research firm.
Managing experience.
