Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a CATI Research (Computer-Assisted Telephone Interviewing) Supervisor. In this role, you will play a key part in planning, recruiting, and training interviewers on cold calls, ensuring the quality of our survey operations.

The standard weekly commitment for this position typically entails 16 hours of work.

Responsibilities

  • Planning and Recruitment: Develop strategic plans for efficient cold call operations, including the recruitment and training of interviewers.
  • Quality Control Monitoring: Implement and oversee quality control measures to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of telephone interviews.
  • Daily Reporting: Prepare, update, and maintain daily reports reflecting key performance indicators and project progress.
  • Project Management: Take ownership of project completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and achieving successful outcomes.
  • Productivity and Efficiency: Maintain and cultivate a high level of productivity and efficiency among the interviewing team.
  • Floor Procedure Execution: Take charge of executing floor procedures related to survey administration to ensure smooth and effective operations.
  • Flexible Schedule: Work a flexible schedule between the hours of 9am-11pm,, including Saturdays, to accommodate the varying availability of survey participants.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 1 year of supervisory experience in a similar role required, demonstrating competence in planning, recruitment, and training of interviewers.
  • Language Skills: A good command of the English language, both written and spoken.
  • Pressure Handling: Ability to work effectively under pressure, meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly.
  • Organizational Skills: Well-organized with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Education: Minimum requirement of a High School Diploma or GED.
  • U.S. Citizenship
