Sartori is seeking an Associate Manager- Consumer Insights to build innovative consumer insights to shape business strategies and establish the Company as a category thought leader. In your role you will champion the use of information and the voice of the customer to help drive the overall success of the business.
This position offers an excellent opportunity to lead across teams as well as empower and influence senior business leaders throughout the enterprise. The successful candidate will be working closely with Marketing & Sales to support customer presentations, identify white space, analyze Sartori, competitive and category performance while delivering actionable insights.
*Develops and leads syndicated data infrastructure optimization. Teaches, motivates, presents and empowers the organization around the information.
*Plans and leads projects with a network of market research suppliers (syndicated & custom) to meet the specific needs and strategies of Sartori as well as our existing and prospective customers.
*Synthesizes data from disparate sources such as primary, secondary, and syndicated and turns it into insights to tell a story while tracking and sharing emerging cultural, food industry and category trends across all channels.
*Develops strategic communications, creates compelling stories, and delivers presentations that drive revenue with new and existing customers in collaboration with sales.
*Works with the brand teams for I&FS, Global & Retail to conduct market research (qualitative and quantitative), to identify and quantify white space, to determine consumer and customer needs, and to help solve challenges leading to innovation opportunities and sales growth.
*Uncover and present actionable insights and trends from a range of internal and external data sources to identify
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
-Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Marketing, Mathematics or related field) required.
-3+ years of experience within CPG brand marketing or market research.
-Experience working with Nielsen/IRI data and/or qualitative & quantitative research required.
