Account Executive | Client Development, Agencies | NYC (Hybrid)

Salary: $50,000–$70,000
$70,000 - $85,000 USD + Commission


As an Account Executive focused on new business development, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing prospective clients, establishing strong relationships, and ultimately closing deals for Savanta’s data collection division Clariti (weareclariti.com).

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Sales, specifically with the online market research industry and research process.

Your primary objective will be to expand our client base and revenue by showcasing the value of our marketing research services and solutions. You will collaborate closely with our internal teams to deliver tailored proposals, quotes, presentations, and innovative strategies that address the unique needs of potential clients.

You will have a strong working competency and a point of view about different research and insight techniques. Able to work quickly, require limited supervision from senior colleagues, and increasingly demonstrate an ability to see the bigger picture.

The ideal candidate needs to demonstrate:

  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales or business development within the marketing research, data collection or market intelligence industry.
  • Strong understanding of marketing research methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish credibility with clients.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for exceeding sales goals.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales productivity tools.

This role requires ability to travel up to 25% of the time for client meetings, conferences, and industry events as required.
