What is an AE?
Our national sales team is comprised of energetic, positive, sales oriented individuals. Does that sounds like you? The clients of The Olinger Group span all vertical industries, bringing an element of variety to the core job responsibilities structured around business-to-business sales.
What does an AE do?
A career as an AE is multi-faceted. New client lead generation is priority for AE's. This is developed through an average of 2 hours of cold calling daily, in-person meetings, proposal development, and client relationship management. Regular national travel is a requirement of this position.
Professional communication between departments is the standard here at The Olinger Group with AE's working directly with company principles and project management in order to communicate the benefits of market research to clients and to write affective proposals.
What growth opportunities exist for an AE?
Being an AE offers substantial earning potential, a base salary, commission, incentives and an excellent benefits package. Incremental sales goals are set and offer additional rewards. These goals must be met in order to succeed in this position.

Do I need any particular skills?
Successful applicants for this position must demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, have a professional appearance, a positive sales disposition, and possess the confidence and desire to succeed in a team environment. A college degree and experience working in a professional office environment (minimum 1 year) are both required. Previous experience in a sales position is preferred. Applicants must be skilled in MS Office Suite.
