ProSense Consumer Research Center is a full-service, contract sensory and consumer research facility located in Tucson, Ariz., that provides top-tier solutions for businesses of all sizes, ranging from large, national and multinational corporations to small and mid-sized firms with important consumer research needs.
Founded in 2013 by Rena Shifren, ProSense was established to be able to adeptly and meaningfully capture the complete consumer experience to help clients successfully launch, re-invent and optimize their products.
Offering boutique-style service, ProSense works one-on-one with clients to provide high quality customized research and testing facilities. Our research experts skillfully employ a host of traditional and emerging methods to provide clients with compelling guidance and effective solutions for their sensory and consumer needs. We also excel at developing creative, agile ways to test products, such as our rapid turnaround product clinics for quick but insightful reads or using biometrics + implicit testing to better understand consumer responses. Our new Remote Location Testing, a validated technique that exists somewhere between a central location test and a home use test, establishes a controlled and monitored testing environment in consumers’ homes – perfect for many uses, especially testing products when circumstances or product usage dictate privacy, sensitivity or health safety.
Our on-site facilities include ASTM-standard sensory booths, a product testing room that can be configured in numerous ways and a well-equipped focus group suite with adjacent viewing room (streaming also available). Home use, off-site and multilocational testing is also available.
