inca Conversational AI Platform
The inca Conversational AI platform has been designed to fulfil Nexxt Intelligence’s purpose of using AI to put the human at the center. It does this by creating a much better experience for participants and delivering deeper insight for researchers compared to traditional surveys.
For researchers, the intuitive inca Question Builder and templates make it simple to build Conversational AI surveys that deliver qual at scale depth in addition to key quant metrics. The inca platform features all of the question types and capabilities (e.g. routing, logic, piping etc) of any survey plus AI probing of open-ended answers for greater depth of insight and digital versions of qualitative projective techniques to understand emotion at scale.
All data is shown live on the inca dashboard, with researchers able to easily set up sub-group filters, run cross tabs and export charts to editable powerpoint. AI is used to automatically theme and code the open-ended responses with the researcher put in the loop if they wish to edit the codeframes.
The inca Conversational AI experience is delivered via a web link meaning that it integrates with any online panel, customer databases or social media sampling.
For participants, the chatbot-led, highly visual interface delivers strong engagement, meaning they are focused and provide high quality data. inca participants report that they feel listened to and that their opinion matters due to the individually tailored probing questions.
Just like there are great qualitative moderators and less good moderators, there is great AI probing and less good AI probing. inca SmartProbe is gold standard probing, specifically developed for market research. Using principles of neurosymbolic AI, inca SmartProbe will always return a probe that meets market research best practice and high ethical standards. Participants can answer inca’s open-ended questions and probes by text, voice or video.
The researcher is able to steer inca SmartProbe for specific use cases and objectives. For example, by prompting the AI to focus probing on specific words of interest or even by setting up trained probing models at an individual question level. These highly sophisticated probing options can be set up in minutes. Additionally, inca measures the quality of response to the open-ended and probing questions, providing an in-survey quality control metric to screen out participants providing poor quality answers.

With an easy integration, inca SmartProbe API adds AI probing to any open-ended question scripted in platforms such as Decipher, Confirmit, Qualtrics and many others. The result is more considered answers, more differentiated findings and more actionable insights.
With inca AI Coding, users can auto code their open-ended data in minutes or upload an existing codeframe and ask the AI to code the verbatims into it. The researcher is in-the-loop to easily and quickly edit and optimize the AI coding. inca AI Coding is available as a web-interface or via API for integration into dashboards and platforms.
