Founded in 1996 specializing in Hispanic qualitative research and strategic planning, the firm has evolved over the years to include multicultural as well as quantitative research.
Methodologies include: in-person, telephone, online and mobile: focus groups, triads, dyads, individual in-depth interviews, ethnographies (in-homes and shop-alongs) and quant/qual with dialers. Over the years we have established a network of independent local recruiters in the primary Hispanic markets who constantly revitalize their databases to assure the participation of quality respondents. We provide full service or à la carte research services as well as recruiting of participants for other research firms. Most projects are in the areas of positioning and concept development, advertising and copy testing, attitude and usage, new products, packaging and segmentation studies.
After 28 years in business, we have experience in almost all product and service categories. The partners – Beatriz, a psychologist, and Guy, a seasoned marketing, advertising and research professional – each have experience working in the U.S., Mexico, the Caribbean, Central and South America. Both are bilingual and moderate in Spanish and English. Combined areas of expertise and option of female or male moderator enable us to better uncover consumer insights and provide value-adding actionable recommendations.
