After 21 years in business, we’re proud add an in-person facility to our offerings. We’ve combined our proprietary research tools with a personalized experience in an inspiring environment, designed for connection and discovery.

All-inclusive Options to Fit Your Needs

We can accommodate teams looking for minimal support or a full-service fieldwork experience with our 2 all-inclusive packages: Basic and Full Service. Both offerings ensure a seamless and efficient process, so you can focus on what matters most—your insights.

Our goal is simple and transparent pricing. All standard research tools are included in the Full package (e.g., streaming, recording, transcripts, hosting). Anything additional (e.g., catering, printing) is billed back to you at cost, eliminating complicated bids and marked-up copies and coffee runs!

Basic Package – essential resources and functionality

• Participant Room (seats 5 + moderator) – choose our living room set up or a conference table
• Observation Room (seats up to 5)
• Video stream from Participant Room to Observation Room
• Coffee/tea/water
• 1 Host

Pricing:

• Half-day (up to 5 hours) $800
• Full day (up to 10 hours) $1500
• Additional hours @ $150/hour

Full Package – comprehensive, hands-on experience with added tools and support.

Basic Package, plus:

• Our proprietary virtual backroom platform (for onsite and remote observers). Learn more

• Participant Management; we’ll check in your participants, get waivers signed, and distribute incentives

• Additional hours @ $200/hour

All Catering/Food Delivery and Supplies (e.g., printing, copies shipping, etc.) will be billed at cost
