Steve Quirk, President and Publisher

Steve graduated from the University of Saint Thomas with a degree in economics and began his career at Quirk’s in January 1994. As president, Steve oversees Quirk's staff and all daily operations.
He has two daughters and is a diehard Gopher football fan. Around the house, Steve is known for his supreme dancing skills to The Wiggles and The Backyardigans .
Steve is the son of Quirk’s Marketing Research Review founder Tom Quirk.
Dan Quirk, Vice President of Marketing and Product Development

A graduate of the University of Saint Thomas with a Master's degree in business communication, Dan began his career at Quirk’s in January 1993. Dan has coordinated the Quirk’s Marketing Research Review Magazine Web site (Quirks.com) since its initial launch in early 1996. His work involves managing and updating databases and Web content.
Dan is a frequent traveler and bicyclist and says that, if time and resources were no object, he would love to work in community development.
Dan is the son of Quirk’s Marketing Research Review founder Tom Quirk.
Evan Tweed, Vice President of Sales

Evan began his career at Quirk’s in June 1990 and represents the Eastern sales territory. Until the recent addition of the Quirk’s sales team, Evan managed all sales for Quirk’s Marketing Research Review and Quirks.com.
Evan is a father of three and enjoys mountain biking, hockey and coaching his children's sports teams. When recalling his favorite Quirk's memories, Evan remembers back in 1990 when Tom Quirk hired him as a sales representative for Quirk's annual Researcher SourceBook. At the time, he was also Tom's soon-to-be son-in-law. The catch? Tom couldn't remember Evan's name! Evan quickly learned to answer to Emmett, Everett, Kevin, Aaron and others for his first six months on the job.
Evan is the son-in-law of Quirk’s Marketing Research Review founder Tom Quirk.
Lance Streff, Sales Representative, Central territory

With over 16 years of sales experience, Lance Streff joined Quirk’s in September 2007 and is the Central territory sales representative, selling advertisement space for the print publication, e-newsletter and Web site.
Lance is a father of two and lives on beautiful Lotus Lake. Lance says that he couldn’t go a day without his XM radio; Elvis is one of his favorites, and Lance counts his Elvis autograph among his most-prized possessions.
Joe Rydholm, Editor

A graduate of the University of Minnesota with a degree in journalism, Joe has been editor of Quirk’s Marketing Research Review Magazine since August 1988. Joe coordinates with industry experts to produce articles that are timely, practical and useful.
Joe is the father of two daughters and enjoys participating in fantasy sports leagues, especially baseball. A seasoned traveler, Joe recalls a plane ride with his wife around the Strait of Magellan in Ushuaia, Argentina, the world’s southernmost city, as one of his greatest travel experiences.
Emily Goon, Content Editor

Emily is a graduate of the University of Minnesota with a degree in English and began working under Joe Rydholm as content editor in January 2008. Her main duties include composing the Quirk's Marketing Research Review departments and managing the e-newsletter.
Fair weather or foul, Emily can often be found walking her dog around one of Minnesota’s many lakes or at her local dog park. A life-long Packers fan, Emily would most like to spend a day with Brett Favre.
Alice Davies, Directories Manager

Alice assumed her role as directories manager in January 2008. Alice maintains and updates directory listings for the specialized directories and Quirk’s annual Researcher SourceBook.
Alice is a mother of two and says that the thing she most looks forward to every week are her Friday night evenings out with her husband.
Jim Quirk, Production Manager

Jim began working as production manager in April 1986 when the magazine was first launched. As production manager he designs and manages the magazine layout and coordinates the printing process.
Jim has three children and is a huge fan of Gopher hockey. One fact most people might not know about Jim is that he is a member of Mensa.
Jim is the son of Quirk’s Marketing Research Review founder Tom Quirk.
Shawn Hardie, Office Manager

A graduate of the University of Saint Thomas with a degree in elementary education, Shawn began working as office manager in June 2001. Shawn supports Quirk's entire staff and is charge of circulation and subscriptions.
Shawn is a mother of two and considered the office movie buff. Shawn says that she can’t go a day without Diet Coke.
